Mad Money for The Kingdom

1. Purpose The purpose of this is to create a supportive business community where members help each other grow while also giving back to those in need.

2. Subscription Requirements By signing this Contract, the Subscriber agrees to the following terms:

(a) Monthly Subscription Fee: The Subscriber agrees to pay $1.00 per month to be a member of the Network.

(b) Weekly Business Contribution: The Subscriber shall purchase a product, service, or make a donation to at least one (1) participating business per week.

(c) Offering Free Products or Services: The Subscriber shall offer their own skills, products, or services to at least one (1) participating business per week at no charge. The scope of the free offerings shall be determined solely by the providing Subscriber.

(d) Weekly Business Selection: A drawing will take place every Sunday to determine which business shall be the recipient ("Beneficiary") of the weekly support. The Subscriber agrees to provide reasonable means of support, including but not limited to social media promotion, referrals, and other available resources.

3. Client Conversion and Profit Sharing (a) If a Beneficiary decides to continue as a paying client of a Subscriber that originally provided free services or products, the Beneficiary agrees to pay a portion of their profits to that Subscriber once sales are generated.

(b) The profit-sharing arrangement, including the percentage and duration of payments, shall be negotiated between the parties and documented in a separate agreement.

(c) If the Beneficiary does not produce sales or profits within a mutually agreed-upon time frame, the Subscriber has the right to terminate the continued free service agreement with the Beneficiary.

4. Giving Back to the Community (a) Once a business has been chosen as the weekly winner, that business will also agree to be a blessing to civilians or organizations on a daily basis, recognizing the urgent needs of many individuals in the community.

(b) As the Network grows, funds will be invested strategically to increase available resources and expand the impact of this initiative.

5. Networking and Collaboration (a) The Network will host Zoom meetings once a week, where Subscribers can meet, share skills, and collaborate to strengthen each other’s businesses.

6. Term and Termination (a) This Contract shall remain in effect on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice.

(b) Failure to comply with the terms of this Contract may result in termination from the Network at the discretion of the Network administrators.

7. Indemnification and Liability (a) Each Subscriber acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their contributions.

(b) The Network shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from transactions between Subscribers.
